The firm’s commercial and corporate practice covers incorporation and articles of association, capital increases, share transfers and structural changes, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, and the resolution of shareholder disputes.
We advise clients on their corporate structure and day-to-day commercial activity, and represent them in the disputes arising from both. Registrations before the Eskişehir Trade Registry Directorate (Eskişehir Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü) and proceedings before the commercial court of first instance in Eskişehir are conducted directly by the firm.
